I am the engineer who runs our 1912 line, and this is the band I recommend when the standard 19 mm heavy strap is not quite enough. The 1912 keeps the ultra-wide 19 mm face, but I build it with a thicker 1.2 mm body, which lifts the breaking strength to 9120 N. That extra gauge is what matters on loads that combine serious weight with sharp or abrasive edges, where a thinner strap can cut or creep under tension.
