Every production batch is checked before it leaves the line, so quality is confirmed rather than assumed:

• Tensile testing: each batch is pulled to confirm the rated 5760 N breaking strength and the 11%–14% elongation range.
• Dimension inspection: width and thickness are measured to hold the 16 mm and 0.9 mm specification, together with core diameter and roll length.
• Surface inspection: every roll is inspected for consistent embossing, clean edges and uniform colour before packing.
• Weld strength check: heat-sealed joints are tested to confirm a weld efficiency of ≥85%.

Each 1609 roll is wrapped in thick waterproof film and packed in reinforced export cartons, then stacked on wooden pallets wrapped in stretch film and secured with PET strap for stable loading.
