• Tensile testing: I pull a sample from each batch to confirm the 12,800 N breaking strength and the elongation range.

• Surface inspection: every roll is checked for a clean, even finish with no rough edges or cuts.
• Weld strength check: the heat-sealed joint is tested to confirm weld efficiency of ≥85% of breaking strength — the joint is where most failures happen on a heavy bale.
